Start Your Season Scheduled
Getting your team all the information they will need for the play season is a necessary burden best completed as soon as you have your team roster. Create a single schedule that you can distribute to all your players:
- Coach(es): set the practice dates and locations.
- Team Manager: fill in game/practice location and time details and distributeto all player's parents (done by the Coach[es] if no Team Manager is assigned to the team.
- For 6U and 8U: Practices and Games take place on the same days and locations.
- 10U & older: practices are set by the the Coach(es) and are separate from the games.
Here's a generic template to get you going:

Once you have the schedules set up and sent out to players, set up a meeting to check in with your player's parents and guardians.
- A Zoom meeting + e-mail provides a venue for most parent's questions and gives them a means to get a hold of you if they have more.
- Have them sign up snack duty on game days (coordinated by the Team Manager).
- Send out the completed schedule with the snack schedule filled in to all your player's families.
