Getting your team all the information they will need for the play season is a necessary burden best completed as soon as you have your team roster.  Create a single schedule that you can distribute to all your players:

• Coach(es): set the practice dates and locations.
• Team Manager: fill in game/practice location and time details and distributeto all player's parents (done by the Coach[es] if no Team Manager is assigned to the team.
• For 6U and 8U: Practices and Games take place on the same days and locations.
