BSL is an entirely volunteer-based organization centered around offering a safe and fun recreational soccer league during the summer months.

All volunteers who complete the season are either reimbursed their player's fees or given a gift card as a token of our appreciation.

Volunteer Positions:

Coaches

• Guide players through practices and assist in learning about soccer.
• Provide players with positions and feedback during games.

Team Managers

• Organizes sign-ups for game-day snacks.
• Communicates game and practice changes to the players.
• Functions as the coach in the event of coach absences.
• Assists the coach(es) with player activities during practices and games

Board Members

• Take care of background tasks needed to keep BSL functioning.
• Meet once a month.
